Legal Staff
Job Description :
- Conduction land acquisition, coordination with the landowners, local government and ATR/BPN.
- Ensuring that the property asset is clear and clean.
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents (agreements, amandements/addendum, etc.)
- Assiting the business units on any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors.
- Handling day to day legal operation.
- Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition and other corporate action.
- Updating legalities of the company’s and its subsidiaries and establish a new subsidiary.
- Overseeing the company’s subsidiaries.
Job Requirements :
- Male, age maximum 28 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in a law from a reputable University.
- At least 2 years of working experience in corporate legal and Notary /PPAT.
- Good knowledge in and land acquisition, safeguarding and maintenance of property asset, legal permit, business law, drafting and legal review.
- Having good personality, effective problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skill.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Holding licence advocate (will be advantage).
- Eager to learn and have strong knowlegde in corporate law, agrarian law.
- Capable working as as team player.
- Willing to do business trip.
- Able to work under target and pressure.
- Able to adapt fast our company / BUMN Culture (AKHLAK).
Risk Management Staf
Job Description
- Risk Structuring Register the Company.
- Provide regular risk management reports, include reports and performance requested by management.
- Monitor risk results and evaluate risk registers.
- Providing data analyst for consideration both descriptif, predictif and based on presctiptive statistics.
Job Requirements
- Male, age maximum 30 years old.
- At least 1 years of working experience in risk management / business or asset assessment.
- Know the content of PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Risk Management.
- Have a professional certification such as CRMO or CFA.
- Having good personality, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Able to work with a team and Organization
- Having a strong desire to learn new things.
- Able to work under target and pressure
