Chemical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Register samples and verify their quantities
• Perform physical analysis of raw materials, bulk products, and finished products
• Ensure all analytical instruments are qualified, calibrated, or verified
• Conduct qualitative analysis according to established standards
• Understanding and able to operate various instruments such as HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometers (UV-Vis, IR), Karl Fischer, and others

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Analysis/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or other relevant majors
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 (one) year of experience in the same field in a pharmaceutical company
• Not color blind
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system and to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi)

Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental CAPEX and OPEX budgets, as well as organizational structure and human resource requirements.
• Ensure that FPP products comply with established quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports on batch deviations, customer and material complaints, recalls, rework, rejects, Product Quality Reviews (PQR), and trend analyses.
• Conduct product traceability activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Apothecary.
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic
• Willing to work in a three-shift system and to be placed in Cikarang.

Utility Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Propose and manage cost and investigation budgets in the Engineering (utilities and facilities) section
• Prepare a maintenance and plan for machines, equipment, and factory facilities
• Make proposals, review and revise SOPs and WI based on developments in Good Medicine Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Oversee and guide the Utility Technician team
• Manage all operations, maintenance, and performance of the WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant)
• Oversee of daily operations and maintenance of Boilers, Chiller systems, Cooling Towers, Clean Water Systems, and all HVAC units (AHU – Air Handling Units, FCU – Fan Coil Units, ducting, controls)

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or other relevant majors with 3 years experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
