Purchasing Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Handle negotiations and communications with suppliers and internal departments.
• Evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage purchase orders, budgets, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely material availability.
• Operate procurement systems (SAP) and maintain purchasing records.
• Prepare purchasing reports and support procurement administration.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• S1 Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with SAP or other procurement systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and basic accounting principles.

Traffic Export Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Handle export shipment preparation, including space requirement calculation, booking arrangement, and space allocation with forwarders.
• Prepare export documentation and customs-related documents accurately and timely.
• Process export transactions and documentation in SAP/ERP System.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, carriers, customs officers, and internal departments to ensure smooth export operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation filing for customs audits and company records.
• Identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement activities.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D4/S1 – Transportation Management/Industrial Engineering/Logistic Management.
• Have 1 year working experience, in the same field is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP System and CEISA 4.0.
• Able to identify problems and set up countermeasure and do continues improvement.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to respond quickly to changing situations and adapt to business needs.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and generating new ideas.

Mechanical Design Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Making design concept, modelling, drawing, and evaluation.
• Making document (Technical report, specification, calculation, Quality standard).
• Make working sample (Prototype) & evaluation of prototype product.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.
• Able to work in team/individually.
• Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as: CATIA or Pro-Eng software).
• Have experience in CAD.

Parts Production Engineering & Control Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Improve parts quality by monitoring defects and coordinating corrective actions with suppliers and related departments.
• Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are achieved for new model development.
• Follow up and resolve quality issues related to parts and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Support production activities, delivery, material arrangement, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to communicate and understand information in English (active).
• Proficient use of QC 7 Tools.
• Able to respond to requests or instructions quickly and accurately.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.

PPC Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Develop and control PH production plans to ensure smooth operations.
• Purchase PH parts to support production requirements.
• Issue and maintain Purchase Orders (PO) for PH, both overseas and local suppliers.
• Maintain PH parts master data (overseas & local).
• Operate PSI for PH to control requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
• Prepare inventory budget planning for PH (BP & FC).
• Prepare and calculate PH capacity for Monthly PH BOP.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers (overseas & local) via email and phone regarding delivery schedules and other related issues.

Kualifikasi

• D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

IJP Head Production Engineering Staff

• Handle Product quality improvement.
• Set up for new products or models.
• Process improvement and efficiency.
• Controlling and monitoring quality production.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Has experience in using any programming language in the final project or daily job.
• Proficient use of QC 7 Tools.
• Good in data analysis.
• Have basic skills in MS. Office.
• Strong in analytical and logical thinking.

Design Mechanical Robotic Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Develop concepts and functional designs of automation machines in accordance with production process requirements.
• Prepare and calculate machine cost estimations, including mechanical components, electrical parts, and control systems.
• Create 3D designs and 2D technical drawings using appropriate software to support machine fabrication and assembly.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old
• D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Understanding the structure of manufacturing machines.
• Has passion and understanding of mechanical design concepts.
• Have skills CAD drawings for mechanical (CREO, SolidWorks, etc.)

Facility Electrical Engineer

Tugas Pekerjaan

• Responsible for the operation and control of the building’s electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment.
• Handle and maintain substation equipment, including Medium Voltage (MV) panels, Low Voltage (LV) panels, and transformers.
• Carry out maintenance and monitoring of local distribution panels.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum age 18 years old
• D3-S1 Electrical Engineering
• Able to communicate and comprehend information in English and Japanese (active proficiency).
• Has 7 years of experience in a related position.
• Good understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems.
• Experience in electrical maintenance is an advantage.
• Good understanding of building electrical and utility systems.
