Mechanical Engineer
Execute and conduct mechanical engineering activities across the project lifecycle by ensuring compliance with EHSR standards, developing and reviewing mechanical designs and supporting construction and commissioning phases to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality engineering solutions that align with project goals, support operational efficiency and contribute to sustainable growth in the nickel mining environment.
Accountabilities:
- Participate in planning and executing mechanical aspects of growth projects by reviewing project plans, identifying mechanical equipment needs, and preparing technical documentation, to ensure alignment with project objectives and readiness for the construction phase.
- Manage the full mechanical engineering design lifecycle by conducting feasibility studies, developing detailed designs, and supporting commissioning activities, to deliver technically sound and operationally effective engineering solutions.
- Translate project goals into mechanical engineering designs by interpreting requirements, applying engineering principles, and aligning with internal and external standards, to ensure safe, reliable, and code-compliant project outcomes.
- Produce high-quality, clear, and implementable mechanical engineering designs by using industry best practices, appropriate tools, and effective documentation methods, to support efficient construction and minimize design-related issues during implementation.
- Provide technical support to construction and mine operations teams by diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective actions, to resolve problems quickly and maintain construction progress.
- Review and provide feedback on mechanical designs from peers by evaluating design quality, compliance with standards, and alignment with project requirements, to ensure consistency, improve design effectiveness, and support overall project success.
Requirements:

Civil Engineer
Execute and conduct civil engineering activities across the project lifecycle by ensuring compliance with EHSR standards, developing and reviewing civil designs and supporting construction and commissioning phases to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality engineering solutions that align with project goals, support operational efficiency and contribute to sustainable growth in the nickel mining environment.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and issue comprehensive and constructible Civil construction drawings by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring design accuracy and completeness, to enable efficient and error-free construction execution on site.
- Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates for materials and equipment by analyzing project requirements and aligning with engineering standards, to support accurate procurement planning and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create material requisitions and evaluate supplier tenders by assessing technical compliance, costeffectiveness, and delivery capability, to recommend the best-value procurement options that meet project needs.
- Define tender scope of work for civil and structural packages by detailing work requirements, technical criteria, and performance expectations, and participating in bid reviews, to ensure quality contractor selection and alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare Engineering Work Packages (EWP) and commissioning procedures by incorporating construction methodology, safety measures, and quality standards, to provide clear execution guidelines and ensure readiness for commissioning.

Geotech Engineer
Responsible for performing geotechnical engineering analysis and hydrogeological assessment to support safe, efficient, and sustainable mining operations. Provide technical expertise to support mine planning, infrastructure development, and operational stability, ensuring all geotechnical and hydrological designs comply with Good Mining Practice, company standards, and government regulations. And collaborate with other departments to conduct improvement/studies.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain geotechnical design standard, procedures and program for slope stability design/monitoring for Pit, waste dump/disposal, mine infrastructure and soil/civil laboratory to achieve company goal.
- Establish and maintain a manual for slope stability design and monitoring, Mine Haul Road and Civil Structures to meet government regulation and company requirement.
- Develop, review and approve Geotechnical assessment mine design (Pit, waste dump, Quarry, Mine Haul Road including stockpiles and sediment pond) plans and civil/structure design plans from internal teams, or external consultants to ensure stability and operational safety.
- Review and control a program for slope stability monitoring in areas of high risk or potential problem areas and data of the Geotechnical instrument/monument system applied in company’s area.
- Coordinate with mine planning, operations, project, construction, and contractors to ensure geotechnical recommendations are properly implemented.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement and strategic programs for geotechnical engineering design and construction together with consultants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) Civil/ Mining Engineering
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Mine Geotechnical Engineering,
- Familiar with geotechnical software such as Slide, Geostudio, Plaxis, etc
- Strong understanding of Soil mechanics, rock mechanics.

Reclamation & Rehabilitation Engineer
To plan, design, coordinate and control reclamation and rehabilitation engineering activities covering topsoil management, land preparation, hydrology and erosion control systems, contractor supervision, revegetation programs and environmental compliance reporting, in order to ensure that post-mining land is rehabilitated in a safe, environmentally compliant, technically sound and sustainable manner, supporting regulatory obligations, mine closure commitments and the company’s long-term environmental performance.
Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve site-specific hydrology, drainage, and erosion control systems through field studies, monitoring programs, and application of best engineering practices, to minimize surface runoff impacts, prevent land degradation, and enhance the long-term stability and productivity of reclaimed areas.
- Supervise, control and evaluate land preparation contractors by enforcing safety standards, technical specifications, quality control and performance targets, to ensure land preparation activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with technical and environmental
requirements.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and document land preparation activities across reclamation areas, including progress tracking and performance reporting, to ensure reclamation works are delivered according to approved plans, measurable targets, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and technical evaluations of land preparation works and runoff control structures, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, to identify potential risks, ensure compliance with design standards, and enable timely corrective actions to maintain environmental and operational integrity.
- Coordinate seedling preparation from the nursery and execute reclamation planting plans on prepared land in accordance with approved schedules, targets and rehabilitation designs, to ensure successful revegetation, accelerated ecosystem recovery and achievement of reclamation performance indicators.

Logistic Coordinator
Coordinate and oversee barge scheduling, ore loading operations, and contractor performance during assigned shifts to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant port activities that align with weekly operational plans and support seamless logistics and mining operations.
Accountabilities:
- Plan and coordinate the arrival, berthing and departure schedules of barges and vessels on a weekly basis to ensure efficient port operations and minimize idle time.
- Manage relationships with transport providers and coordinate delivery schedules on a weekly basis to ensure they align with operational requirements and support seamless logistics flow.
- Collaborate with Mining Operations weekly to ensure the availability and readiness of ore at the stockpile, supporting uninterrupted loading operations.
- Monitor and ensure smooth execution of daily ore loading and unloading activities to reduce barge turnaround time and increase operational throughput.
- Ensure that all barges comply with maritime safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal operational procedures on a daily basis to maintain safety and legal compliance.
- Track barge inspection schedules and oversee compliance with maintenance standards daily to ensure all barges are seaworthy and capable of safe operation.

Junior Mine Operation Engineer
Coordinate, monitor, and oversee daily mining operations conducted by contractors to ensure execution aligns with approved plans and company standards, in order to achieve production targets, maintain operational continuity, improve cost efficiency, and uphold safety, environmental, and quality performance across all shift activities.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct handover meetings with the previous shift, ensure the availability of an approved shift production plan from the Short Term Planning (STP) team, and verify that the contractor’s execution strategy aligns with company standards (Safety, Environment, Production, Quality), in order to ensure operational continuity, clarity of information, and compliance with the planned and standardized mining activities in each shift.
- Monitor hourly production target achievement through direct communication and data analysis with the contractor’s shift leader, and verify the actual mining sequence against the plan, in order to ensure production aligns with targets and plans, and to identify potential deviations early for timely corrective actions.
- Ensure the contractor provides solutions for production issues, offer recommendations, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions in line with company standards, in order to maintain smooth mining operations and prevent recurring disruptions that could impact productivity.
- Coordinate with the STP, grade control, geotech, and hydro teams to validate and align operational plans and gather feedback on field challenges, in order to ensure the effective implementation of plans that reflect actual field conditions.
- Directly monitor the end-to-end mining operations (from mining to barging), ensuring efficient resource utilization and alignment with the operational plan, in order to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs through effective and efficient field execution.
- Ensure the availability of production reports from the contractor, analyze actual production performance and costs against the plan, and provide improvement recommendations, in order to optimize cost efficiency and production quality based on factual data analysis.

Junior Geologist
Assist in mining activities and mineral resource evaluation through field surveys, geological mapping, infill drilling, sample collection and analysis, and geological modeling. Other duties include assisting in the preparation of technical reports, maintaining ore quality and quantity according to the established qualifications. Monitor, validate, and improve sampling processes, contractor performance, and geological data quality by conducting systematic audits, implementing corrective actions, and preparing accurate reports to ensure representative samples, reliable data, timely insight and compliance with safety, quality, and company requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure the quality of Nickel ore meets the specified targets.
- Conducting routine sampling from the mining site and then preparing it for quality testing.
- Monitor the mining production process, from mining to shipping, to prevent contamination or deviations from quality standards.
- Communicate and provide directions to heavy equipment operators to focus on mining high-quality materials and avoid other unwanted materials.
- Monitor and validate the entire sampling process at sampling stations, trommel, MRAL, and laboratory through regular audits to ensure representative and reliable samples that support accurate geological data interpretation.
- Review of contractor performance, including work procedures, workforce readiness, response time in sample distribution, and supporting equipment to ensure contractor compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
- Review and improve sampling procedures at sampling stations and trommel by identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to achieve continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity of the sampling system.
- Validate geological and production related data, including batching and trommel data, against established standards to ensure data accuracy and reliability for mining reports and operational decision-making.
- Prepare and submit daily reports of random sampling audits and contractor performance assessments to provide management with timely insights for monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and supporting operational improvements.
