Purchasing Staff (Tangerang)

Task & Responsibilities:

• Handle the procurement process of goods and services based on company requirements
• Source and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to obtain the best quality and price
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms with suppliers
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Ensure purchased items meet required specifications and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with related departments regarding purchasing needs
• Maintain and update supplier database
• Prepare periodic purchasing reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably Management, Business Administration, or related field)
• Fresh graduate

Tanggung Jawab:

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

Sales Admin (Samarinda)

Task & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer order, monitor and arrange delivery
• Handle product return

Qualification:

In-House Graphic Designer (Tangerang)

Job Requrirements:

• Has education minimum Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house experience is a plus) minimum 2 years
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Figma
• Familiar with AI-based design tools (e.g. generative design, image enhancement, or layout assistance)

Technical Support Industry (Surabaya)

Task & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Accounting Senior Supervisor (Tangerang)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Oversee daily financial recording processes across AR, AP, GL, assets, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including PSAK/Indonesian GAAP.
• Support and coordinate annual audit activities with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare and develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct account reconciliations and perform financial analysis.
• Review journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Improve and implement accounting systems and procedures for better operational efficiency.

Qualifications
