Accountant Officer

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
• Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Supporting any financial processes required.
• Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
• Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
• Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
• Any other assignment needed by the Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
• Minimum 1-year work experience

MT Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely journal entries
• Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
• Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
• Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
• Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
• Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend services and APIs (NestJS).
• Developing and maintaining frontend applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Collaborating across teams to deliver integrated fullstack solutions.
• Designing & optimizing database schemas, queries, & data models for SQL/NoSQL systems.
• Integrating and maintaining third-party systems and APis, including automation and file management (e.g., Google Drive API).
• Deploying, managing, and optimizing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Creating and maintaining API documentation, code references, and technical processes.
• Continuously improving codebase readability, scalability, performance, and error handling.
• Supporting the IT team to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.

Requirements
