Site Manager Mechanical Electrical [SM – ME]

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a contractor company in the MEP field, preferably with experience in high rise building and data center projects
• Have a good understanding of MEP system
• Have a good communication, presentation and strong analytic skill
• Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher)
• Willing to be relocated across Indonesia

Job responsibilities:

• Managing site performance of construction processes, including liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Overseeing a construction project and finding solutions to any problems that arise
• Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with the budget forecast, health and safety guidelines and project management procedures

Construction Engineer – Civil [CE – C]

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Having 3 – 5 years of experience at an engineering consulting firm (mandatory)
• Have good communication, presentation, and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Placement at Head Office, Tomang – West Jakarta

Job responsibilities:

• Provide a technical proposal for the tender document
• Provide engineering recommendations and technical support for the project
• Actively conducting Research and Development based on needs

Site Engineer Arsitek [SE – ARS]

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a contractor company, preferably with experience in high-rise buildings and Data Center Projects.
• Have good communication, presentation, and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in English (TOEL score of 510 or higher)
• Willing to be relocated across Indonesia

Job responsibilities:

• Handle engineering activities on the project, to ensure work implementation meets quality, K3L, time, 2K, and costs targets
• Check tender documents, including structural, architectural, and MEP drawings, and coordinate these drawings
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Solve any engineering issues or problems that may arise during the construction
• Prepare and submit engineering reports and drawing documentation on the projects
