Kaizen & Training – Foreman

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Familiarity with Kaizen practices and methodologies (i.e., continuous improvement, waste reduction, problem-solving).
• Have knowledge in continuous improvement activity (Toyota Production System).
• Experience in automotive/electronic companies is preferred.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to track improvements and performance metrics.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skill.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work on teams and individually.
• Able to train team and leader.

Preventive Maintenance – Technician

Qualification :

• Minimum D3 graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in machine maintenance processes, such as JSW, TOSHIBA, NISSEI, KOMATSU, AIDA, or HIKADA.
• Experience in painting machine maintenance (dip coating & powder coating).
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and parameter setting for injection, stamping, and painting machines.
• Knowledge of robot handling setup/teaching (Yushin, Harmo, Yaskawa, Fanuc).
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron).
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Job Description :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plastic injection molding, stamping press, and painting machines (dip coating & powder coating), including related equipment.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation such as daily machine checks, preventive maintenance records, and new equipment trial reports (machines & tooling).
• Implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes.
• Apply and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
• Ensure machines and equipment are always in optimal condition and ready for production.

Foreman Production (Parts Fabrication)

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Foreman) – preferably in electronics or automotive manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to understand production reports
• Familiar with QC 7 tools, Lean management, SAP systems, and ISO standards
• Have knowledge of brazing processes, piping and press machines
• Experience in monitoring hourly production output, line balancing, and handling bottlenecks
• Willing to work in a shift system
• Good command of English (mandatory)

Job Description:

• Supervise the piping production process to ensure it meets output targets and quality standards
• Ensure safety requirements in the production area are properly implemented
• Analyze root causes and implement countermeasures for issues, and document them in production reports
• Develop and maintain work instructions in accordance with process and quality standards
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve production performance
• Control 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and conduct daily audits

Production Supervisor – Assembly

Job Description:

• Control and improve the production process to achieve the target, including various production support activities to comply with the requirements and increase production efficiency.
• Fully responsible for the daily operations of the EA section as a whole.
• Implement and support various activities within the company to comply with the company’s policies.
• Supervise team members to strictly comply with the company’s rules.
• Control expenses and necessary resources within the section appropriately and in line with the company’s situation.
• Manage work to team members according to their respective position capacities.
• Contact and coordinate with other related departments and divisions.
• Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety, and Environment Activities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum have 5 years experience works in production assembly or electric (have similar role min. 3 years) in manufacturing company
• Have experience working at electronic manufacturing company is a plus.
• Have a strong knowledge about production end to end operation process.
• Have basic air conditioning knowledge and electronics knowledge.
• Able to read and intepret technical drawing.
• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Experience to create report, manage 5S and have anayltical methode
• Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Words, and Power Point.
