PPIC Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand and forecasting plans to ensure production continuity.
- Create and manage master production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Plan material requirements effectively to support production processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).
- Expertise in demand & forecasting planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Strong proficiency in inventory control and analytical skills.
Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse layout and ensure optimization of space and resources.
- Analyze data and utilize ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in layout & warehouse management system, data analysis, and ERP system.
- Strong skills in inventory management.
Maintenance Leader
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure all machines and equipment operate in optimal condition
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
- Perform other related technical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Vocational High School (SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of maintenance concepts (Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive)
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
Final Inspect Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team to meet production targets
- Ensure smooth operations & quality compliance
- Monitor and report equipment issues
- Enforce safety protocols
- Train & motivate team to enhance performance
- Record and report production progress
Requirements:
- Min. D3/D4 or S1 Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- Max. 35 years old, min. 2 years in similar role
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Excel & data analysis skills
- Willing to work shifts and in textile conditions (hot, noisy, dusty)
- Knowledge of 7 tools, 8 steps problem solving, Kaizen/Lean is a plus
Production Unit Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure smooth operations and product quality.
- Monitor machines and report problems.
- Enforce safety rules on the production floor.
- Coach and motivate team members.
Requirements:
- D3/S1 Industrial Engineering or related, max 35 years old.
- Min 2 years experience, strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work shifts in a fast paced, hot, noisy, dusty textile environment.
- Basic computer skills (Excel) and familiar with 7 Tools is a plus.
Process Engineer Staff
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from start to finish
- Evaluate processes, perform measurements, and interpret data
- Design, implement, test, and improve systems and processes
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum education D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position; experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Legal Staff
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain legal documents
- Review and handle legal matters
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulation updates
- Represent the company in legal processes
- Draft and review contracts or agreements
Requirements:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
- Understands industrial/labor law
- Strong communication & detail-oriented
- Able to manage and organize legal documents
