Laboratory System Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sample intake and registration from laboratory clients.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials from suppliers.
• Oversee and maintain day-to-day laboratory operational and administrative documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Vocational High School Diploma in Chemical Analysis or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of general office administration and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and their implementation in laboratory settings.
• Diligent, organized, honest, and able to work quickly and accurately.

QA Inline Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-line sampling and routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverage products.
• Verify and validate quality parameters in accordance with product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately record test results in laboratory logs and quality documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other applicable standards.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to the established schedule.

Job Qualifications:

• Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or Associate Degree (D3) in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
• 1 year of experience in a quality control laboratory within the food/beverage/FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and quality systems (such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC).
• Meticulous, accurate, and possessing strong documentation skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and within a manufacturing/plant environment.

Automation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine checks and calibrations on automated equipment, including sensors, pneumatic systems
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues in PLCs
• Support the implementation of IoT projects, and automation tools.
• Support the creation of digital dashboards
• Assist in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of new automated machinery or production lines.
• Support digital kaizen, automation, and paperless initiatives.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering
• Internship or project experience in digitalization or automation is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understanding of PLC programming
• Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar)., etc.).

Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor – GVN

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.
• Ensure accounting and tax reporting are submitted on schedule and strictly comply with applicable regulations.

Job Qualifications:

Quality System Staff – GVN

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effectiveness and compliance rate of quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and CPPOB).
• Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation across hardcopy files and the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
• Drive and optimize production line readiness and availability for Kosher manufacturing.
• Champion and evaluate the implementation of the internal Food Safety Culture.
• Handle statutory, environmental, and industrial compliance (UKL/UPL, industrial business licensing, domestic investment permits, and local domicile permits).

Job Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems within the manufacturing or food industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Raw Materials (RM), premixes, and ingredients.
• In-depth understanding of FSSC 22000, Halal Assurance System, and Kosher certification standards.
• Solid grasp of internal audit techniques, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.

Channel & Customer Development Specialist Speciality Store

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop promotion strategies with clear objectives to increase sales and achieve targets in line with defined KPIs.
• Create channel development programs in collaboration with Brand teams, including Distribution Drive (MSL), Product Visibility, Push Activities, and Trade Offer Programs.
• Review trade activity programs to evaluate effectiveness and recommend mechanism adjustments to improve results.
• Monitor and control trade activity budgets, covering Trade Offers, Consumer Promotions, Visibility, and Listing fees.
• Review underperforming SKUs and develop action plans to improve sell-out, including coordination with branch promotion teams to flush out near-expiry (Near ED) products in selected outlets.
• Develop internal CCD programs, including Focus Channel, Focus Activity, Focus Region, and Account Management projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial Strategy-preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Strong track record in developing strategic business plans and driving channel growth, specifically within the Specialty Store sub-channel (e.g., Baby Shops, Health & Beauty stores, or Pharma retail).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Shopper Marketing, and Field Sales teams (MTS/KDS or distributor partners).
