PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk adalah sebuah perusahaan Indonesia yang fokus pada industri pertambangan batu bara. Didirikan pada tahun 1992, perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari Grup Baramulti dan telah tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2014. Dengan fokus pada pertambangan batu bara, MBAP memiliki infrastruktur terintegrasi yang mencakup seluruh proses produksi, mulai dari eksplorasi hingga pemasaran.

Sebagai perusahaan tambang, MBAP memiliki wilayah izin usaha pertambangan (IUP) yang terletak di Kabupaten Malinau, Kalimantan Utara. Perusahaan ini telah memulai produksi batu bara komersial sejak tahun 2008. HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations in mining operations.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to SMKP and company safety policies.
• Provide training and awareness programs related to occupational health and safety.

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 45 years.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a coal mining contractor company.
• Holds a General AK3 Certificate (Sertifikat AK3 Umum), POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certification, and Mining Safety
• Management System Auditor (Sertifikasi Auditor SMKP).
• Familiar with the implementation of SMKP, ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).

Trainer Operation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in fulfilling manpower planning (MPP) for Operators and Drivers through testing and assessments.
• Analyze training needs to identify skill gaps and improvement areas.
• Plan, develop, and implement training programs using various methods at the site.
• Conduct training and development sessions for Operators and Drivers.
• Create and update monthly performance reports for all Operators.

Requirements :

• Maximum age of 45 years.
• Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a coal mining contractor.
• Holds an active TOT (Training of Trainers) and POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certification from BNSP.

Group Leader Production

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate mining operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and optimize the utilization of heavy equipment for mining activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Lead and coordinate the mining team, providing guidance and support to workers.

Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 45 years.
• Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a coal mining contractor.
• Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of heavy equipment utilization with a focus on operational productivity.
• Physically and mentally healthy, with no color blindness.

Group Leader Plant

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage plant operations to ensure smooth production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health management systems in mining operations.
• Monitor equipment and production performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements :

• Male with maximum age of 45 years.
• Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Group Leader Plant.
• Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certification.
• Strong understanding of mining operations and production processes.
• Familiar with occupational health and safety management systems.
• Physically and mentally healthy, with no color blindness.

Senior Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, and other machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues in heavy equipment.
• Read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents for proper servicing procedures.

Requirements:

• Male with maximum age of 45 years.
• Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical equipment.
• Willing to work on-site with high mobility and in various weather conditions.
• Physically and mentally healthy, with no color blindness.

Senior Auto Electrician

Responsibilities:
