Finance Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in payment processing, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Manage and execute the end-to-end payment processing cycle, implementing a strict 3-way matching protocol to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise the meticulous preparation and timely submission of all mandatory deliverables and reporting in connection with loan and facility agreements.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions to optimize financial services and support.
• Experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Accounting Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis.
• Mandatory experience working at a public accounting firm and a multinational company (MNC).
• Perform month-end closing process, ensuring all entries and reconciliations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed listings for all balance sheet accounts, and perform thorough reconciliations between the listings and the general ledger to guarantee data integrity.
• Assist in preparing and reconciling the production report with the Cost of Goods Sold calculation, providing critical insights into operational efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory stock takes, ensuring the physical inventory count aligns perfectly with the accounting records.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Tax Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in tax, with a focus on compliance and reporting.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations for all financial transactions, including withholding tax and VAT.
• Supervise the meticulous preparation, timely payment, and accurate submission of all monthly and annual tax returns.
• Manage and perform the corporate income tax calculation, ensuring adherence to the latest tax laws and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive tax planning and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for tax optimization and mitigate compliance risks.
• USKP (Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak) certification is preferred.
• Working experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and national tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
