Automation Engineer

Jobdesc:
Ensure the reliability of automation technology through continuous monitoring and maintenance of manufacturing and utility systems to prevent technical downtime and operational breakdowns

Criteria:

• Diploma graduates/ D3 (Electrical /Industrial Automation/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), AutoCad and Electrical Panel.
• Willing to work in a shift system and work on-site at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Factory in Lippo Cikarang.

Utility Technician

Jobdesc:
Responsible for maintaining the availability and performance of utility systems (PH, WTP, HVAC), general services, and building maintenance in line with company standards through maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement.

Criteria:

• Diploma 3 (D3) graduates, majoring in Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Automation, etc
• Have basic knowledge of utility systems (PH, WTP, HVAC), building maintenance, and general services, and able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance as well as basic troubleshooting
• Understand GMP, safety, and hygiene standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing

R&D Pharma Scientist

Jobdesc:

• Assist in conducting research tasks and experiments.
• Handle technical issues and prepare detailed reports.

• Maintain production records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in the preparation of production reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPls).
• Support the implementation of production improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Coordinating with internal and external R&D Pharma to ensure that all new development and existing products that are carried out properly, and completed according to timeline include fulfilling registration document requirements. Ensuring technology transfer is conducted in accordance with established provisions and the predetermined schedule.

Criteria:

Negotiation PM Procurement Supervisor

Jobdesc:
Support the achievement of target price index and supply assurance in the purchasing and procurement process by requests , related to Pharma ramaterials in reces rice le time, quantities ordered, packing size, payment terms, purchasing system, in an effective and efficient manner, based on the company’s plan.

Criteria:

• Apothecaries/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ other related majors with experience in Pharma Procurement
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
