Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Production on maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and machine program adjustments.
• Support new machine setup, commissioning, and maintenance data preparation.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and propose machine modifications.
• Provide recommendations on facility improvements and spare part procurement.
• Assist R&D in trials and prepare regular activity reports.
• Propose manpower needs for the section

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of confectionery production machines (Dissolver, Cooker, Stamping, Cooling Conveyor, Wrapper, Carton Sealer, Printer, etc.).
• Proficient in Maintenance Management Systems, Maintenance Scheduling, and TPM.
• Solid understanding of Electrical Systems, PLC, Servo, and Mechatronics.
• Skilled in Troubleshooting, Automation, and Problem Solving.
• Ability to use CAD Drawing software, Microsoft Office, and Data Analysis tools.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Production Trainer (Manufacturing Process & Operation)

Job Description:

• Develop and design production process training materials based on FMCG workflow — from raw material handling, production process, and packaging to finished goods.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for new and existing operators on SOP, GMP, 5R, and safety procedures.
• Perform operator skill assessments to ensure competency levels meet job requirements on the production line.
• Collaborate with Production Leaders, QA, and HR Training to identify training needs and competency gaps.
• Prepare training plans and on-the-job training (OJT) schedules according to production needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for operator performance improvement.
• Maintain training documentation, evaluation results, and internal certification records in the HR system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production or production training within the FMCG industry.
• Good understanding of FMCG production flow process, including GMP, HACCP, and safety (HSE) principles.
• Ability to design and deliver practical, needs-based training materials.
• Strong communication, discipline, and coaching skills.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about developing workforce competency in production areas.

Technical Trainer (Maintenance – Utilities & Equipment)

Job Description:

• Develop and deliver technical training related to production machines and plant utilities.
• Train technicians on the implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Provide training on utility systems such as Compressor, Boiler, HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Water Treatment (WTP/WWTP), Refrigeration, Electrical System, Piping, and Fire Protection.
• Evaluate technician competencies and prepare training result reports.
• Ensure all training activities comply with HSE (K3), GMP, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or technical training within the FMCG/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant utility systems and preventive maintenance concepts.
• Able to create and deliver training materials effectively.
• Possess good communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Inventory Control & System Sr. Staff

Job Description:

• Responsible for warehouse and inventory management, including: handling inbound and outbound transactions (IN-OUT), warehouse layout and product movement, implementation of FIFO and FEFO methods, monitoring product traceability, stock levels, stock availability, and product shelf life, conducting regular stock opname (physical inventory count).
• Managing inventory assets and marketing gimmicks in the warehouse, including allocation and distribution.
• Organizing and optimizing warehouse space utilization, picking procedures, and order preparation.
• Monitoring schedules and receipt of goods from external parties (co-packers or suppliers).
• Ensuring product quality, repacking processes, expiry date checks, and returns management.
• Preparing regular reports and maintaining systematic document control.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Familiar with Warehouse & Inventory Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.

Production Admin

Job Description:

• Input production data into the system accurately and timely.
• Record results of each production process.
• Perform stock opname and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Experience in manufacturing, especially food industry, is a plus.
• Willing to work under a shift schedule (Shift 1–3).

ME & Project (HVAC) Operator

Job Description:

• Operate & monitor chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning.
• Record operational data and maintain logs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and respond to alarms.
• Ensure GMP & HSE compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years HVAC experience (FMCG preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and GMP standards.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts and perform physical task.

Driver Truck Logistic

Job Description:

• Operate a truck (according to license class) as per the assigned or instructed route.
• Ensure on-time delivery.
• Carry out loading and unloading processes correctly and safely.
• Ensure the quantity, type, and condition of goods match the delivery documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMK/D3 in any major.
• Must possess a Class B2 General Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and possess basic communication skills.
• Willing to work in the field and travel according to the distribution schedule.
