Facility Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Experience in leasing or asset management is required.
  • Experience or strong interest in the property industry.
  • Placement: Graha Raya, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budget planning and work programs, ensuring targets are achieved in accordance with established plans.
  • Oversee the management and utilization of facilities and asset leasing within the Graha Raya area.
  • Coordinate with government institutions and related stakeholders, including handling operational issues and the handover of public and social facilities.
  • Supervise transportation and traffic management within the area, including the procurement of supporting transportation infrastructure and cost control.
  • Manage partnerships with contractors and suppliers, including contract preparation, partner selection, and evaluation of work results based on established standards.

Estate Control Supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma in Security Training (Diklat Satpam) or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as supervisor with proven experience leading a team.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in township or estate management.
  • Residing in Graha Raya and familiar with the Graha Raya environment.
  • Placement: Graha Raya, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local authorities and government institutions to prevent and resolve operational, security, and community-related issues within the area.
  • Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Security Team Leaders (Danru) and security personnel to ensure effective operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee asset protection and security measures, including preventing land encroachment, vandalism of facilities, traffic management, and maintaining order within the area.
  • Lead and ensure the implementation of routine patrol activities to maintain security, prevent unauthorized street vendors (K5), and address residents’ complaints related to environmental conditions.
  • Prepare incident reports and operational updates while ensuring all security operations and administrative processes run smoothly in accordance with company procedures and regulations.

Escrow & Retention Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in escrow and retention processes or coordination with banks, internship experience is also considered.
  • Experience or strong interest in the property industry
  • Placement: Graha Raya, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise escrow and retention collection activities to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and monitor retention outstanding reports and collection results.
  • Coordinate with the After-Sales team regarding construction progress, unit handover, building permits (IMB), and AJB signing as the basis for retention billing to banks.
  • Ensure all processes comply with applicable SOPs, internal procedures, and regulations

Leasing Administration Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in escrow and retention processes or coordination with banks, internship experience is also considered.
  • Experience or strong interest in the property industry
  • Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence and document filing related to leasing programs and other business partnership activities in the Bintaro area.
  • Handle administrative processes based on verbal and written coordination with partners regarding land leasing and land utilization.
  • Maintain and update the Master Data and Database of Commercial Land Leasing in Bintaro Jaya.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on leasing progress and land utilization.
  • Monitor and ensure the realization of revenue and expenses in accordance with the financial plan.

Content Creator

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end content creation and familiar managing content across social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or other professional editing tools.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various business units (residential and condominium) to discuss and develop content planning aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Handle end-to-end content creation, including content ideation, planning, production, editing, and publishing across social media platforms.
  • Create engaging visual and digital content to support promotional campaigns, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance on a monthly basis, prepare performance reports, and develop insights for future content improvements.
