Lowongan Kerja PT Bintang Toedjoe

Admin Warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum High School or Vocational High School graduate. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with internet-based applications and digital systems.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Process Finished Goods (FG) shipment transactions using the Oracle system.
• Manage warehouse administrative activities, including attendance records, office supplies, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and organize online warehouse documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Warehouse Helper

Requirements:

• High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production operations is preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator License (SIO).
• Able to operate computers, Microsoft Office, and Portable Data Terminal (PDT) or warehouse scanners.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, weigh, and prepare materials or products in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and weighing equipment, based on operational requirements.
• Perform material and product inspection, recording, and documentation accurately.
• Prepare and load products for shipment while ensuring the accuracy of product quantity and condition.
• Comply with GMP/CPOB, SOP, and occupational health and safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK in Pharmacy, Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience as QA in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and analytical.
• Willing to be assigned within manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform qualification, calibration, and validation of equipment, instruments, and machines in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure proper control and availability of calibration standards.
• Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EHM) analysis.
• Support implementation of quality systems in compliance with GMP.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation and reports.

Analytical Development Analyst

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 in Chemical Analysis or related field.
• Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
• Able to perform physical and chemical analysis.
• Proficient in laboratory instruments operation.
• Experience in R&D (Pharma/FMCG) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Willing to be assigned within manufacturing area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials and finished products.
• Perform stability testing for materials and products.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis.
• Manage Reference Standards and Working Standards.
• Perform analytical method transfer to QC.
• Document all testing activities in compliance with standards.

Production Support

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to be assigned to any manufacturing site within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and perform basic maintenance of production machines.
• Conduct in-process control to ensure product quality.
• Record and document production activities and inspection results.
• Follow QSHE5R standards and safety procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Services Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 in Pharmacy/Anafarma/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and systematic.
• Willing to be assigned within manufacturing areas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct production trials and analyze results.
• Perform troubleshooting and technical issue investigation.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and QC teams for process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
