Payroll Staff

Job Description:
The Payroll Staff executes payroll processes and maintain accurate compensation data within HRIS for branch employees and interns. This role ensures timely payroll, regulatory compliance, and supports payroll inquiries while contributing to efficient HR operations and overall Reward Management effectiveness.

This role will:

  • Process monthly payroll, collect inputs, and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
  • Maintain employee compensation data and administer payroll deductions.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data updates.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and conduct onboarding briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare payroll-related reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in payroll, HR operations, or compensation.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax (PPh 21) and BPJS administration.
  • Proficient in Excel and HR data reporting.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Creative Designer Intern

Job Description:
The Creative Designer Intern supports Corporate Branding initiatives by translating brand messages into engaging creative outputs across formats. This role provides hands-on experience in graphic design, digital content creation, and asset management while contributing to real projects and strengthening visual communication across corporate channels.

This role will:

  • Create graphic, video, and visual content based on briefs for branding needs.

This role will:

  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws.

  • Manage whistleblower systems, investigations, and ethics or anti-corruption initiatives.
