Supervisor Injection

Job Description

• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures, production plans, and established targets
• Identify and resolve problems occurring on the production line promptly and effectively to ensure smooth production processes
• Implement and monitor production schedules according to plan, while coordinating them with the availability of manpower and machinery
• Supervise and enforce work discipline, work quality, and working hours of operators
• Ensure that the work area complies with Occupational Health & Safety (K3) and 5S standards to maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Monitor production performance and take appropriate corrective actions to achieve productivity, quality, and efficiency targets
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure the smooth operation of the production process

Qualifications

• Male
• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Injection Molding industry
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
• Good knowledge and experience in handling ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audits, Internal Audit certification is preferred
• Good knowledge and experience in handling IATF 16949:2016 Internal Audits, Internal Audit certification is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading teams and improving team efficiency and creativity
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Japanese language proficiency at N4 level or above is an advantage

Supervisor – Quality Control

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate the QC team to achieve the company’s quality objectives
• Conduct effective quality inspections and quality control activities
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor and control quality processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Develop and implement effective QC procedures and standards
• Apply appropriate quality testing methods and measuring instruments in manufacturing processes
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Lead, motivate, and develop the QC team to improve overall performance

Qualifications

• Male or Female
• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Willing to be assigned to Karawang
• Strong skills in developing, maintaining, and controlling sustainable quality processes
• Proficient in handling ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audits (Internal Audit Certified)
• Proficient in handling IATF 16949:2016 Internal Audits (Internal Audit Certified)
• Proficient in using the 7 QC Tools
• Strong skills in improving quality in injection molding processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Japanese language proficiency at N4 level is an advantage

Management System Staff

Job Description

• Develop and maintain documented Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems based on applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements for all departments
• Continuously develop and improve the Quality Management System
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and other management system documentation
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards and established procedures
• Analyze data and evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding the implementation of quality management methods and tools
• Monitor the implementation of quality improvement programs to enhance product and service quality
• Ensure effective follow-up and corrective actions for audit findings and non-conformities
• Support the organization in maintaining compliance with ISO and IATF requirements, as well as customer-specific requirements

Qualifications

• Female, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
• Good knowledge and experience in handling Supplier Audits
• Proficient in conducting ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audits and must hold an Internal Auditor Certificate
• Proficient in conducting ISO 14001:2015 Internal Audits and must hold an Internal Auditor Certificate
• Proficient in conducting IATF 16949:2016 Internal Audits and must hold an Internal Auditor Certificate
• Experienced in handling Customer System Audits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation skills
• Strong ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N4 level is an advantage
