Research & Development Senior Staff – Baby Care

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• No prior work experience is required experience in Japan, R&D, or Japanese language proficiency will be considered a plus).
• Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory, with a minimum JLPT N2 level.
• Strong ability to analyze research data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic analytical tools.
• Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities :

• Identify hidden needs of Indonesian mothers and lead product development to mass production while validating hypotheses.
• Conduct R&D lab tests (material/product checks, competitor comparison, product renewal) until final report.
• Perform Kaishu checks (inspection of used baby diapers).
• Analyze data from Home Use Tests and interviews.
• Participate in product verification at Karawang and Mojokerto plants.
• Assist Japanese R&D Manager and team with Japanese-Indonesian translation.
• Handle admin tasks: PO, invoices, claims, LoA, GWF system.

Research & Development Staff – Pet Care

Qualifications :

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N4/N3 level or higher; conversational fluency is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Genuine interest in R&D Pet Care, especially in dogs and cats (pet lover).
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Enjoys challenges (challenge seeker).

Responsibilities :

• Support R&D activities for Pet Care (Toiletry/Food, including evaluation, analysis, and verification.
• Conduct investigations and Kaishuu (recall) checks when necessary.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of pet-related products.
• Strive to enhance the quality of life for pets through innovative product creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, safety, and effectiveness.

• Proficient in conversational-level Japanese (formal certification not required)
• Willing to be assigned in Karawang or the Jabodetabek area

Japanese Languange Responsibilities :

• JLPT certification is not mandatory as long as you can communicate in basic Japanese
• Holding a JLPT certificate (N5 to N1) is considered an advantage
• Ability to read and handle Japanese documents is a plus
