Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop new product concepts
• Create and implement marketing plans to build brand awareness and support brand image
• Conduct research for marketing and product/brand development strategies, including brand awareness, marketing activities, and digital marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand image and awareness
• Responsible for branding, positioning, and launching products

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Strong product and brand development knowledge, planning and strategy, market research, promotions (ATL & BTL), brand communication, and digital marketing
• Understanding of product and process development, with the ability to follow New Product Development processes
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
• Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
• Fluent in both spoken and written English

General Affair Staff

Responsibilities

• Handle fixed asset administration and office facilities
• Investigate, handle, manage, and maintain EHS-related documents, records, and reports, such as accidents, incidents, near misses, and waste, in compliance with company and environmental regulations
• Support the coordination of company events, meetings, CSR, guest visits, EHS program and other activities
• Collaborate with the P2K3 to ensure occupational safety in the factory environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office and EHS

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs and EHS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication, coordination, discipline, and firm
• Have negotiation skills, multitasking, English skills, and teamwork
• Knowledge of EHS / waste reporting systems is an advantage

Utility Staff

Responsibilities

• Control and optimize the performance of utility operators
• Assist manager in organizing and coordinating safety and maintenance procedures, service schedules, repairing and supplying requests for materials and spare parts to repair and maintain machines and utility equipment
• Assist the Engineering & Maintenance Manager to design, planning, and fulfilling the maintenance needs of utility machines

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Experienced in the field of HVAC system operation and maintenance, specializing in temperature and air quality control for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with 2 years of experience
• Good knowledge of GMP, HAS, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5R
• Innovative and strong analytical skills

Production Staff (Consumer Health Care)

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor production activities according to the schedule prepared by Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC)
• Lead and maintain the attitude and behavior of team leaders and operators in accordance with the provisions of PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia
• Ensure the feasibility of the room, equipment, and other facilities used in the production area
• Coordinate the implementation of the 5S program and Continuous Improvement in the production area
• Assist the Research and Development (R&D) department in the development (trial) of packaging

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, preferably a licensed pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Preferably with 1 year in the sterile pharmaceutical industry
• Good knowledge of GMP, CPOB, CPKB, HAS, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5R
• Innovative and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate and proficient in English
