Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 year of experience as a Project Engineer in construction or engineering projects.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction workflows, and project scheduling.

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage Project Leaders at various sites, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate across departments and teams to facilitate smooth and efficient project execution.
• Ensure proper documentation, conduct final inspections, and complete design handovers.
• Implement corrective actions to address issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall project efficiency.

Pelaksana Arsitektur

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in construction projects or as a site supervisor.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Skilled in monitoring time, cost, and quality (Time, Cost, Quality).

Job Description:

• Execute tasks in accordance with construction drawings provided by architects or consultants.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders, including foremen, suppliers, and consultants, to ensure project smoothness.
• Supervise and monitor the activities of workers on-site.
• Manage material usage efficiently and align with project needs.
• Report additional requirements or material-related issues to management.

Pelaksana Konstruksi

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field relevant to construction projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

Job Description:

• Plan and coordinate project team activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Allocate necessary resources to achieve project goals.
• Ensure the project adheres to the established timeline.
• Maintain project budget within the approved allocation.
• Monitor and report project progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Address any changes or issues that arise during project execution.
