PT Gorontalo Minerals adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan, khususnya eksplorasi dan produksi tembaga serta emas. Perusahaan ini merupakan bagian dari PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRM) yang memiliki mayoritas saham, sementara sisanya dimiliki oleh PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM). Perusahaan ini memiliki hak Kontrak Karya atas konsesi pertambangan seluas 24.995 hektar. Area tersebut mencakup beberapa lokasi eksplorasi utama seperti Sungai Mak, Cabang Kiri, Kayu Bulan, dan Motomboto. Berdasarkan laporan estimasi sumber daya JORC, PT Gorontalo Minerals memiliki cadangan sekitar 392 juta ton bijih dengan kadar 0,49% tembaga dan 0,43 gram per ton emas, menjadikannya salah satu aset pertambangan yang potensial untuk mendukung kebutuhan industri logam dasar.

Dalam operasionalnya, perusahaan menekankan pada eksplorasi berkelanjutan, efisiensi produksi, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pertambangan. PT Gorontalo Minerals memperoleh izin konstruksi dan produksi pada Februari 2019, dengan masa konstruksi selama tiga tahun dan masa produksi hingga 30 tahun ke depan. Superintendent Community Relation

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communication, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility (CSR), preferably in the mining or energy sector.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring community development and social programs.
• Strong understanding of community engagement frameworks, participatory development approaches, and social impact assessment.
• Knowledge of government regulations, social license to operate (SLO), and corporate social responsibility standards.
• Skilled in facilitating community consultations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder mapping.
• Familiar with budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to community projects.
• Strong commitment to corporate ethics, sustainability, and community partnership principles.
• Experience in managing relationships with local governments, NGOs, and indigenous or local communities is highly desirable.

Project Geologist

Requirement :

• Minimum 4 years of exploration experience.
• Experience working with various types of mineral deposits (Porphyry, Skarn, Epithermal, etc.).
• Skilled in geological mapping, core logging, and geological modeling, as well as assessing additional deposit potential (Upside Potential) within a prospect.
• Able to provide exploration targets (Oz/Ton).
• Strong understanding of QAQC in geological mapping and drilling activities.
• Proficient in geological software, such as Micromine, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, and others.
• Shows strong leadership capability and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to supervise all exploration activities.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Indonesian and English, especially for reporting and presentations.

Supervisor Warehouse

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, warehousing, or logistic, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
• Proven experience in supervising receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS), cycle counting, and stock accuracy control.
• Ability to analyze stock data, manage storage capacity, and optimize warehouse layout.
• Basic proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.

Jr. Geologist

Reqruirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
• Minimum in 2 years work experiences in mining industry (especially in greenfields/ brownfield exploration phase).
• Skilled in geological mapping.
• Has basic experience in alteration and mineralization.
• Has basic competency in drilling activities, including core logging, sampling, geological section preparation, and drilling data QAQC.
• Has experience operating ASD instruments and spectral data processing software (The Spectral Geologist or TSG, ENVI, ViewSpec Pro, etc).
• Capable of operating geological software (Micromine, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc).
• Able to evaluate, integrate, and interpret mineralogical spectral analysis data derived from geological mapping and exploration drilling samples.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Jr. Database Geologist

Reqruirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
• Minimum in 2 years work experiences in mining industry (especially in greenfields/ brownfield exploration phase).
• Possesses basic knowledge of mineral exploration activities, including geological mapping, stream sediment, soil, and rock sampling, as well as drilling-related work.
• Has basic competency in drilling activities, including core logging, sampling, and QAQC of drilling data.
• Understands and is capable of managing mineral exploration databases.
• Preferably has foundational skills in database-related software, such as SQL, Python, Oracle, Microsoft Access, and Geobank.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Foreman Operation

Reqruirement

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mining operation/ earthwork project.
• Proven experience in field operations, heavy equipment activities, and manpower related to earthwork (cut & fill, leveling, drainage, and road construction).
• Good knowledge of earthwork methods, material types, and equipment operation.
• Skilled in coordinating field logistics, equipment utilization, and subcontractor activities.
• POP Certification is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Officer Procurement

Reqruirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in mining company.
• Experience in sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and handling price negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor selection, and material specifications.
• Ability to prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and compare vendor proposals.
• Familiar with purchasing documentation, contract terms, and basic import/local regulation compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical ability for monitoring price trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and dynamic operational demands.
