Production Supervisor – Electrical Assembly

Job Description:

• Control and improve the production process to achieve the target, including various production support activities to comply with the requirements and increase production efficiency.
• Fully responsible for the daily operations of the EA section as a whole.
• Implement and support various activities within the company to comply with the company’s policies.
• Supervise team members to strictly comply with the company’s rules.
• Control expenses and necessary resources within the section appropriately and in line with the company’s situation.
• Manage work to team members according to their respective position capacities.
• Contact and coordinate with other related departments and divisions.
• Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety, and Environment Activities.
• Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001
• Willing to work in a shift system

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum have 5 years experience works in production assembly or electric (have similar role min. 3 years) in manufacturing company
• Have experience working at electronic manufacturing company is a plus.
• Have a strong knowledge about production end to end operation process.
• Have basic air conditioning knowledge and electronics knowledge.
• Able to read and intepret technical drawing.
• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Experience to create report, manage 5S and have anayltical methode
• Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Words, and Power Point.

Preventive Maintenance – Technician

Job Description:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for plastic injection molding, stamping press, and painting machines (dip coating & powder coating), including related equipment.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance documentation such as daily machine checks, preventive maintenance records, and new equipment trial reports (machines & tooling).
• Implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes.
• Apply and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
• Ensure machines and equipment are always in optimal condition and ready for production.

Qualification:

• Minimum D3 graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in machine maintenance processes, such as JSW, TOSHIBA, NISSEI, KOMATSU, AIDA, or HIKADA.
• Experience in painting machine maintenance (dip coating & powder coating).
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and parameter setting for injection, stamping, and painting machines.
• Knowledge of robot handling setup/teaching (Yushin, Harmo, Yaskawa, Fanuc).
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron).
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Supplier QC Technician

Job Description:

• Lead Inspection (Leader and Inspector) make sure inspection held correctly
• Inspection sample part and approval new part
• Auditee in internal and external audit
• Analysis part NG from warehouse/delivery, mainline, or incoming itself
• Make inspection plan, defect summary
• Create / make Non-conformity report after analysis the problem

Qualification:

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering
• At least 2–3 years experience in the same or similar position Engineer / Staff
• Experience in electronics / electric company is additional value
• Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 in the processes and/or activities and its implementation
• Understand drawing Electronic & Electric Circuit, 2D & 3D
• Understand tools and equipment for electrical function check, maintenance, make or design jig / measuring tools
• Electrical/Electronics problem analysis, applied 5 gen analysis
• Experience handle subordinates and manage inspector activity
• Computer skill, data processing, and data management

QC Technician

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description:

• Analyze inspection results and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure the quality of Mass Production (MP) work output aligns with established quality standards.
• Generate quality reports and follow up on corrective countermeasures.
• Inspect and verify defective parts returned from the field or production line.
• Ensure that all products strictly adhere to quality standards.
• Identify potential risks within the work area and establish preventive actions.

Qualification (Skill/Competency):

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering or related major
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Quality as a Technician.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings.
• Skilled in operating measurement equipment.
• Previous experience as a QC in the electronics, injection molding, metal stamping, or automotive industries.
• No color blindness (neither total nor partial).
• Proven experience in supervising or managing multiple subordinates.
