PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa adalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari Baramulti Group, sebuah grup perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan dan perdagangan batu bara, transportasi darat, industri, dan konstruksi. Secara khusus, PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa bertugas untuk mengolah dan mendistribusikan batu bara yang berasal dari anak-anak perusahaan di dalam Baramulti Group, seperti PT. Sumber Kurnia Buana, PT. Antang Gunung Meratus, dan PT. Baradinamika Muda Sukses. Selain itu, Baramulti dalam Baramulti Group memiliki tugas sebagai penjual batubara kepada pelanggan eksternal. Perusahaan ini memiliki peran penting dalam rantai pasokan batu bara, memastikan produk mencapai pasar dengan efisien.

Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa terlibat dalam pengembangan infrastruktur pengangkutan batu bara. Ini termasuk normalisasi sungai dan pembangunan terminal/dermaga khusus batu bara. Perusahaan ini juga mengelola pelabuhan bongkar muat batu bara di beberapa lokasi, yang memfasilitasi pengiriman batu bara melalui jalur kereta api dan transportasi lainnya. Salah satu contoh lokasi pelabuhan mereka yaitu di Stasiun Kertapati Palembang.

Operation Superitendent (Coal Mining)

Job Description:

• Plan and execute operational strategies for CY, Hauling, and Stockpile to meet management targets (PERE, Budget, etc.).
• Supervise and monitor hauling operations to ensure delivery time, fuel efficiency, and coal quantity targets are achieved.
• Analyze daily reports and operational performance.
• Oversee material movement in the stockpile area.
• Responsible for maintaining KPI, attendance ratio, and improvement (QCP, QCC, SS, etc.) for each team member.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
• Certified in POP / POM.
• Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra.

Operation Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Job Description:

• Control coal delivery from CY – Stockpile to the port.
• Supervise the number of units in operation and unloading duration as per regulations.
• Monitor units in operation and weighing personnel during the weighing process.
• Oversee the unloading process from train set to Flatdeck loading.
• Handle incidents on hauling routes and ensure coal spills are reloaded to stockpile.
• Ensure accurate data input for seam names and coal pickup locations.
• Monitor stockpile activities, including coal segregation and FIFO strategy.
• Responsible for preparing RKBM, draught survey, SKAB, SKPB, Statement Letters, LHV, and movement permits.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
• Certified in POP / POM.

Purchasing Officer (Coal Mining)

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for the request for quotation process, procurement process for stock and non-stock items, and project procurement.
• Create outstanding PR reports that have not been PO, RO-PO process lead time reports, outstanding PO reports that have not been invoiced.
• Analyzing potential vendors or suppliers.
• Checking the completeness of vendor or supplier documents.
• Carrying out the purchasing process and monitoring it, as well as negotiating prices.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Logistic, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 1 years experience in the same field.
• Have knowledge related to unit spare parts, technical drawings, negotiations, and procurement flow.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).
• Willing to be placed in Palembang.
