Logistic Supervisor

Requirement :

  • Male Max 35 years S1 form All Linear Major
  • Have 2 years as a Logistic Supervisor experience in a industrial manufacturing automotive
  • Smart and willing to learn
  • Proficient in excel
  • Experience in using the system
  • Understanding Computer Operations (Ms. Office)
  • Thorough, firm and responsible

Jobdesk

  • Check Estimation Order of Chemical, Consumble and Raw Material every month
  • Check purchase request of chemical, consumable and raw material every month
  • Make a schedule receiving of chemical, consumable and raw material base on production planning update
  • Conduct annual activity plan planning according to company goals
  • Make a monthly cost reduction program according to the specified target
  • Able to work in Cikopo, Purwakarta

  • Planning, implementing and monitoring rawmaterial stock condition for planning production
  • Make a Consumable Order Estimation every month (data by All Dept)
  • Make monthly PR & Chemical Consumables
  • Make a Chemical Arrival Plan for the needs of the next 1 week
  • Monitoring chemical and consumable condition regarding min max stock

Technical Manager

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in engineering (S1)
  • Experienced at Managerial level in the automotive sector
  • Familiar with injection molding
  • Familiar with painting process

Job Description ;

  • Monitoring new projects development
  • Monitoring quality performance, make sure the quality performance follow the standard of company
  • Provide guidance or direction to supervisors so they can improve their abilities in their work and assess their subordinates
  • Drive the engineering and quality department to reach the KPI targets
  • Make annual planning for improvements in terms of process, man hour, material consumption and energy.

  • Have 2 years experience as a Engineering Supervisor in a industrial manufacturing automotive (Experience in painting is preferred)
  • Understand of leadership
  • Proficient in excel
  • Understand the flow of handling new automotive and aerospace projects
  • Understand PDCA & 7 Tool
  • Understanding Computer Operations (Ms. Office)

Jobdesk

  • Monitoring New Project Development
  • Plan repair activities together with Internal and External sections (Efficiency, Safety, Cost, etc.)
  • Plan internal and external audit preparation activities for the Engineering department
  • Ensuring that the activities of the engineering staff run in accordance with Jobdesc
  • Monitoring improvement activities according to results, time targets for Internal and External meetings
  • Able to work in Cikopo, Purwakarta
