Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules based on approved maintenance plans and operational priorities
- Schedule preventive, predictive, corrective and shutdown maintenance activities
- Prepare maintenance scheduling reports and provide recommendations for schedule optimization
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement team to ensure spare parts and materials are available prior to scheduled maintenance
- Communicate maintenance schedules to Maintenance Supervisors, Operations, Contractors, and other stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning & scheduling processes
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline

Crusher Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Ensure all mechanical team members adhere to safety procedures, including the implementations of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), proper housekeeping, and hazard identification prior to work execution
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and deliver safety briefings to the team before commencing work
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the mechanical team, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of crushing plant equipment (jaw crusher, cone crusher, conveyor, and screen)
- Perform direct inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of mechanical work results
- Support troubleshooting activities and ensure the availability of tools and material required
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely daily work reports to the Plan Mechanical Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School in Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a process plant or mining industry, including hands-on experience leading a small team in the field
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures, alignment, basic balancing, and equipment assembly
- Well-versed in mining safety standards, particularly Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and permit-to-work systems
- Skilled in reading basic mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams

Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Lead the Maintenance Planning and Reliability team in developing short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans
- Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
- Prepare weekly shutdown plans, major maintenance schedules, and annual maintenance strategies
- Ensure all maintenance work orders are properly planned, prioritized, resourced, and scheduled through the system
- Conduct reliability analysis including Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and reliability improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate maintenance documentation, asset history, technical reports, and reliability records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, and contractor performance management
- Coach, mentor, and develop Planning and Reliability team
Qualifications

- Manage and supervise end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational requirements
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics strategies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Lead, coach, and develop logistics team members
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and transportation providers

Occupational Health Officer/Paramedic

Responsibilities
- Comply and actively participate in all rules and policies of Health, Safety and Environment
- Respond to medical emergencies (accidents or illnesses) with the appropriate manner according to process and prevailed procedures
- Collaborate with the Company Doctor in managing clinic services and providing services of first aid posts, covering with 4 pillars (promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative)
- Performs a thorough clinical assessment of the patient in identifying the illness or injury, planning and initiating the patient management in accordance with paramedic procedures and scope of practice
- Coordinate with physicians to identify broader patient health care issues including referring patients to appropriate health services

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Monitor overall plant performance by coordinating the Dispatch Team, Maintenance Shift Team, and Plant Monitoring System
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Team and Steady Day Maintenance Team to ensure equipment issues, outstanding work, and maintenance priorities
- Manage and optimize the utilization of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and contractors during shift operations
- Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance activities, equipment, and operational status using the Dispatch System and Pronto
- Ensure all maintenance activities are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards by approving the necessary materials, specialized tools, resources, and contractors support
- Develop, implement, and control the annual operating budget for the assigned maintenance area and monitor maintenance performance
