Quality Control Foreman (Wafer/Biscuit)

Requirements

• Experienced in handling snack (wafer/biscuit/cookies) product in line processes.
• Minimum D4/S1 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Biology Engineering/Nutrition or equivalent.
• Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
• Have experience as a QC Team Leader managing inspection, coordinating teams, and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.
• Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordination with Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams.

Maintenance Foreman (Wafer/Biscuit/Snack)

Requirements

• Must have experience in food industry (wafer, biscuit, etc) machinery & processes.
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree/S1 in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant majors.
• Good understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and analyze all production machine maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective.
• Analyze spare part needs for timely procurement.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing the team’s work schedule.

Maintenance Supervisor (Processing / Packaging)

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor, especially in Wafer/Snack/Biscuit Products
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Have a good knowledge and skills of production processes and machinery.
• Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.
• Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and handling team.
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka or Bandung, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Determine the priority and sequence of maintenance work based on urgency and impact on operations.
• Coordinate with production team and related departments to determine the most appropriate time to carry out maintenance.
• Create and manage work orders for all maintenance activities, including assigning tasks to technicians.
• Analyze the spare parts needed in the area of responsibility to be proposed to the Maintenance Manager.
