LSCM Excellence Analyst

Job Description:

  • Support SCM Center of Excellence initiatives related to performance management, digitalization, transformation, and continuous improvement projects
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare SCM performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for management review
  • Assist in planning and implementing digital transformation and technology development projects within SCM
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital tools, systems, and platforms
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency enhancement
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and people development activities related to digital tools, soft skills, and hard skills
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of transformation and digitalization initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support for SCM projects and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of SCM initiatives and programs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, performance management, digitalization, transformation, or IT project roles
  • Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Familiar with SCM technologies, digital platforms, automation tools, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Good understanding of business processes in the tire, automotive, or manufacturing industry

External Relation Senior Officer

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders related to company operations
  • Handle regulatory compliance, licensing, certifications, and company standards requirements, including SNI and related regulations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with government policies, import/export regulations, and other applicable legal requirements
  • Coordinate with ministries, customs, industry associations, and other relevant institutions to support smooth business operations
  • Monitor regulatory updates and analyze their impact on company operations
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, permits, and regulatory submissions required by authorities
  • Support communication and coordination with external parties, business partners, and related government institutions
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to external relations and regulatory affairs activities for management
  • Provide administrative and operational support for external affairs and compliance initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Public Relations, Business, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in External Relations, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or related roles
  • Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Familiar with government regulatory processes, licensing, certification, and stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of import/export regulations, SNI, and other compliance-related requirements
  • Understanding of business processes in the tire, automotive, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
