Job Description

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans.

Job Description

  • Setting KPis, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of results in line with assigned KPIs to agencies/vendors.
  • Monitoring all marketing budget requests and regularly reporting to the Marketing Director.
  • Regularly updating the marketing calendar according to approved activities.
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external third parties for the successful implementation of all marketing activities.
  • Seeking innovative breakthroughs in marketing activities to contribute to the company’s target achievement.
  • Generating reports on all marketing activities, analyzing both ATL & BTL activities, and conducting market research analysis.
  • Acting as the head of the marketing department and ensuring each sub-department aligns with overall marketing objectives and performs effectively to meet departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry or marketing field, preferably as Marketing Communication.

Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Description

  • Develop fair and competitive compensation and benefits policies.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Manage and oversee payroll processes and employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support employee retention and motivation strategies through reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, labor regulations, and income tax.
  • Strong skills in salary data analysis, job evaluation, and industry benchmarking.
  • Experience in vendor management and proficiency in using HRIS systems.

Learning & Development Assistant Manager

Job Description

  • Design competencies, syllabus, training modules, and determine appropriate learning methods and media.
  • Develop the annual training plan based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Prepare and manage the training budget in line with priority scale and organizational needs.
  • Compile development reports as the basis for improvement and formulation of subsequent training programs.
  • Deliver training directly or in collaboration with external providers.
  • Conduct tiered evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
  • Ensure all training programs are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the objectives.
  • Continuously enhance employee competencies through targeted training programs.
  • Provide data and analysis of training outcomes as the basis for improvements and HR strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development FMCG business, with proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Proficient in conducting TNAs, training design, and training evaluation cycles.
  • Skilled in developing syllabi and training modules based on competency requirements.
  • Capable of facilitating training effectively.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
