Senior Product Registration Executive (Jakarta)
Job Description
- Plan and manage product registration timelines across multiple countries to support market entry.
- Ensure all products, formulations, claims, and packaging comply with international regulations.
- Prepare and maintain complete regulatory dossiers (PIF, SDS, certifications, labeling, etc.).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance readiness.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage submission, follow-ups, and approvals.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide risk assessment & strategic guidance for business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (FMCG industry is a must).
- Strong expertise in product registration, labeling, claims, and multi-country compliance.

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations such as order processing, billing, and shipment coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies.

- Monitor OEM project timelines and follow up with internal teams to ensure all milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support product development and commercialization.
- Manage sample preparation, submission, and feedback tracking from customers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, customer data, and internal records.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
