Export Import Procurement Supervisor

Job Description :

• Handle procurement processes for goods and services from both domestic and international suppliers.
• Conduct final negotiations and price analysis after the RFQ has been approved by the user department and the costing team.
• Manage all import purchasing activities, including reviewing the completeness of import documents and duty exemption forms (Form Bebas BM).
• Process Import Declaration documents (PIB) and submit State Treasury billing payments to the Finance Department.
• Monitor shipments handled by local and overseas vendors, including ongoing and upcoming deliveries.
• Submit online LS applications (e.g., through KSO Sucofindo) and process online payments.
• Prepare periodic Import Purchase Recapitulation Reports.
• Have a good understanding of regulations related to LS (Surveyor Report), Lartas (Prohibited and Restricted Goods), and Import Approval (PI) for Iron and Steel.
• Possess a PPJK certification or have attended training conducted by Indonesian Customs (Bea Cukai).
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with overseas vendors.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, Email, and WeChat
• Fluent in Import Regulation matters, advance in English (Active & Passive)
• Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
• Communicative, proactive, highly initiative, loyal, and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with ISO 9001

Warehouse & Logistic Manager

Job Description :

• Supervise and control incoming materials (raw materials, casting, machining parts, consumables)
• Control material issuance based on WO / PR / MRS documentation
• Ensure inventory accuracy level 2 98%
• Manage cycle counts and periodic stock opname activities
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are recorded accurately and in real time within ERP / MRP systems
• Monitor aging stock and slow-moving inventory
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management review
• Evaluate team KPIs (inventory accuracy, lead time, error rate)
• Implement 5R / 5S practices within warehouse operations
• Participate in internal and external audits

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Foundry / Metallurgical Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in engineering in the manufacturing industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
