COAL QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT HEAD

• Ensuring, controlling, analyzing, and evaluating coal quality activities run according to procedures.
• Ensuring, controlling, analyzing, and evaluating the costs of the CQA Department align with the company’s budget.
• Leading the CQA Department to achieve good coal quality in line with the company’s targets.
• Training and developing subordinates in their area of responsibility to perform their tasks more effectively.
• Ensuring the achievement of the company’s MKPLH program to prevent accidents and environmental pollution.

HSE DEPARTMENT HEAD

• S1 Mining/Environment/K3 or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years in the same position
• minimum 10 years of experience in mining industry
• Auditor SMKP & SMK3
• understand occupational health and safety laws
• Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
• Understand the implementation of reclamation, handling and processing of B3 waste
• Understand the HSE business process in the coal industry
• Has certification of AK3, POM/POU, SMKP
• Fluent in English

HCGA STRATEGIC MANAGER

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably at Coal Mining or similar industry
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Have an understanding in cost benefit analysis and cost control.
• Have an understanding of mining operations in general.
• Have the ability to think creatively, develop operational strategies, be innovative and be able to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team.

HCGA OPERATIONAL MANAGER

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, (in general service, hospitality, facility management, and/or human resources)
• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Have an understanding in cost benefit analysis and cost control.
• Have an understanding of mining operations in general.
• Have an understanding and mastery of the construction of various facilities and infrastructure such as office management, mess/ camp facilities.
• Have the ability to think creatively, develop operational strategies, be innovative and be able to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
• Have an understanding and mastery of HSE

TRANSPORTATION SPV

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining/ Geology/ Transportation or others related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experiences
• Familiar with rail transportation activities and coal transportation road traffic management
• Has certification of POP
• Placement at Site Muara Enim

MINE PLAN ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining/ Geology
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in related industries as Mine Plan Engineer/PIT Geologist (preferably in Mining Company)
• Have knowledge of mining software such as, Minescape, Surpac, Minex, Spry, Храс, etc
• Have knowledge of short and long mining planning, evaluation, and mining operations
• Placement at Site Muara Enim

STOCKPILE FOREMAN

• D3/S1 in engineering (Mining engineering is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coal mining industry
• Have the ability to manage the coal loading and unloading process in the stockpile
• Have stockpile area management capabilities
• Have a driver’s license (SIM A)
• Have good communication skills
• Domicile in South Sumatera is Preferred
• Placement at Site Muara Enim

RAILWAY FOREMAN

• D3/S1 in engineering (Mining engineering is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coal mining industry
• Have the ability to manage the coal loading and unloading process
• Have an understanding of transporting coal using trains
• Have a driver’s license (SIM A)
• Have good communication skills
• Domicile in South Sumatera is Preferred

SAFETY & HEALTH SPV

• D3/S1 Environment/ Forestry/ Mining or other related fields
• Able to create mining safety work programs and conduct training
• Able to implement Minerba SMKP
• Have knowledge of safety aspects, inspections & patrols, investigation techniques, and emergency situations
• Has certification of POP, General AK3, TOT, and Minerba SMKP Auditor
• Have driver’s license (SIM A)
• Placement at Site Muara Enim

COAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

• Ensuring that sample collection and laboratory testing conducted by Independent Surveyors (In- house Surveyor or Witness Buyer) are carried out according to applicable standards (ASTM, ISO). This activity is carried out in areas such as PIT, ROM, Stockpile, Jetty, and MV.
• Developing a coal blending plan, overseeing, analyzing, and evaluating coal quality at PIT, ROM, Stockpile Crusher, Intermediate Stockpile, and Jetty
• Monitoring proper stockpile management and coordinating with the Operations team to address issues in the Pit, ROM, and Stockpile areas such as rock content, contaminants, coal fires, coal dust, and fragmentation size from crushing.

GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPV

• Establishing good relations with the Government, Legislative Institutions, NGOs, Media, Community/Religious Leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting stakeholder mapping.
• Analyzing the development of companies operating in the local district and the government’s district development plans.
• Processing land acquisition strategies according to the established plan to ensure a smooth process.
• Conducting interventions, lobbying, and negotiations on government policies to support the Company’s vision and mission.

CONTRACTED & COAL PROCESSING

• Conduct regular supervision of pit design implementation, fleet configuration, and field coordination with contractors.
• Supervise the coal crushing plant process to ensure continuous coal availability.
• Monitor supervisory functions of coal crushing plant operations to ensure coal transported/sold meets the established targets and objectives.
• Perform regular oversight of operational activities and support units to ensure alignment with the work plan.
• Supervise and record the efficient and effective use of Heavy Duty Equipment (HM & Fuel Consumption).
• Document daily shift production reports (Production, Weight Bridge, Bucket Crusher & Crushing Plant).

SCM OFFICER

• S1 Industrial / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum1-2 years in the same position in a mining company
• Have a good knowledge in supply chain process
• Capable of using ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) in procurement process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power Point
• Fluent in English

WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR

• Conduct daily P2H for weighing facilities and their working equipment [Weighbridge Platform, Computer & Generator Set].
• Carry out coal hauling weighing using the system.
• Regularly coordinate with the operations team.
• Supervise the weighing process (Labour Supply operator)
• Direct transport units to loading locations/ areas according to the Delivery Order (DO) and instructions from the supervisor.
• Maintain the confidentiality of CWS-CPS data; all data requests must be coordinated with superiors.
